For twenty years I have taught people how to BE storytellers, rather than simply how to tell stories. I run intensive Wild Weekend workshops that take beginners and professionals through the psychology of being authentic, through outrageously fun games, giving confidence, depth, spontaneity, and a mastery of story structure.

In 1990 I founded and performed with Wordweavers, a popular performance group blending traditional storytelling with improvised physical theatre.

For over ten years I ran the Bristol story circle.

As well as running storytelling courses and occasionally performing I now also coach non-performers, live and online, in applying the psychology of authenticity and the techniques of storytelling to many life and work situations requiring confidence, impact, and creative communication.
