Optimize, Propel Yourself and Impact,three corporate performance enhancement programs, which I designed, delivered and replicated to over 20000 IT employees across 4 continents -Europe, North America, Africa and Asia- in the last 6 years.

For the first time, thematic visualization of management concepts and story telling (analogies and anecdotes)was used to impart performance management concepts in the corporate world.

I am planning to broad base this to developing youth in Eastern Europe.

I have in the field of human performance engineering for 17 years now. Working with corporate executives, sports personalities and youth across many countries.

I am certified teacher trainer from Harvard business publishing and Cambridge University, with multiple certifications on internationally recognised programs which use story telling as a medium to impart management thoughts.

With stories, I have made significant difference to more than 50000 people across 11 countries, to rethink about their life and script a new story line.

I am going to pursue my story telling stint with youth development in Europe and India, with help from like minded people.

I am currently writing a book on Human Performance E Enhancement by the title "100 to 1600 CC - A Middle Class Dream".
